Marcus Ericsson has driven the Sauber C36 for the very first time ahead of the first Barcelona test.

It has shown us why the white randomly stops on the side of the car, as the driver number goes there. As well as that, its given fans their very first look of a 2017-spec Formula 1 car on track. Mercedes are expected to take to the track soon after the launch of their car today too.

The cars look a lot more aggressive and beautiful this season, though a lot wider, which could well be a bad thing for overtaking… Also, will the performance of the car be as good as it looks? Hopefully the 2016 Ferrari engine doesn’t hold the Swiss outfit back too much this season.
